These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Insights Summit website and your registration for and participation in the Summit, operated by Monetized Marketing LLC / AI InnoVision LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By registering for or attending the Summit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not register or attend.

You must be at least 18 years old to register for the Summit. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

General admission to the Summit is free. Optional paid upgrades (such as VIP access) may be offered. Event access details are delivered to the email address you provide at registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access links and for the accuracy of your contact information.

Where you opt in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing communications from Alicia Lyttle's team, including phone calls (AI voice, prerecorded, or live agent), text messages, and emails. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency may vary. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or email support@aiinnovision.com to unsubscribe from calls or emails.

All Summit content — including presentations, recordings, materials, logos, and branding — is the property of AI InnoVision LLC or the respective speakers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not record, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any Summit content without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Disrupt or interfere with the Summit, its platform, or other attendees
• Share your access credentials or links with non-registered individuals
• Use Summit content or attendee information for unlawful or unauthorized commercial purposes
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

We reserve the right to revoke access for violations of these Terms.

All earnings and income representations shared at the Summit are aspirational statements only of your earnings potential. The success of AI InnoVision LLC and featured guests reflects exceptional, non-typical results and is not a guarantee that you or others will achieve the same results. Individual results will always vary and depend entirely on your individual capacity, work ethic, business skills and experience, level of motivation, diligence in applying the given strategies, the economy, the normal and unforeseen risks of doing business, and other factors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the AI InnoVision LLC programs are not responsible for your actions. You are solely responsible for your own moves and decisions, and the evaluation and use of our products and services should be based on your own due diligence. You agree that AI InnoVision LLC is not liable to you in any way for your results in using our products and services, or for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the Summit.

The Summit agenda, speakers, and session times are tentative and subject to change without notice. We are not liable for cancellations, substitutions, or technical interruptions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Florida.
